Fraud Headhunters, LLC

Definition

• Agency refers to Fraud Head Hunters.
• Client refers to a employer who has contracted the Agency’s job posting and recruitment services.
• Customer refers to a person purchasing any other services or goods.
• Contractor refers to workers employed by the Agency to provide labour to clients.

Application

• The terms and conditions are valid for any services or goods provided by the Agency to the Client or Customer, as well as for any employment contract between the Agency and a Contractor.

Pricing

• Prices for goods and services are estimates which the Agency strives to fulfil, however the Agency reserves the right to alter prices at any time.

Payment

• Customers and Clients shall paid the Agency when an order is placed. Alternative payment terms may only be contracted with the Agency at the Agency’s discretion.
• The relationship of Contractors to the Agency shall be governed by the contract initiating the employment of the Contractor. Such a contract is mandatory for all Contractors. Contractors will be paid be the Agency on a weekly basis, in accordance with the terms of the contract.

Delivery

• All delivery times and costs given by the Agency at time of order are estimates, and are not binding on the Agency.
• Any additional delivery costs incurred in delivery will be charged to the Customer, unless otherwise stated by the Agency.

Cancellation

• Customers may cancel services if cancelation request is made more than 24 hours before a service is to be performed.
• Customers may not cancel the purchase of goods.
• Clients may cancel services at any time.
• Contractors are bound by their contract with the Agency, and are subject to any cancelation provisions therein.

Loss or Damage to Goods

• The Agency shall take steps to ensure that no goods or services are lost or damaged until, and including ,the time of delivery.

Confidentiality

• All information exchanged between the Agency and a Customer, Client or Contract will be held in confidence by all parties involved. They may not be disclosed to a third party unless mandated by law.
• Confidentiality terms to not apply to information which is public knowledge.

Employment of Personnel

• Customers, Clients, and Contractors may not induce employees of the Agency to terminate employment with the Agency or to take employment else where, unless express written consent is provided by the Agency.

Limitation of Liability

• The Agency shall not be liable for any claims arising from damages connected to defects, use, or time of delivery of goods.
• The Agency shall not be liable for any claim arising from damages connected to the effectiveness of, or personal satisfaction derived from, its services.
